UH, WE'RE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, ACTUALLY, I'M SORRY, WE'RE IN THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, RIGHT BY THE, UH, UH, THE LARGE FLOOD PLANE AREA IN THE GIANT CROSS.

UM, SO THAT'LL REALLY HELP THE QUEUE FOR THE TRAFFIC THAT'S GOING TO THE FLEA MARKET.

I THINK RIGHT NOW, THAT WHOLE AREA BACKS UP PRETTY BAD ON FLEA MARKET DAYS.

SO AT THE BUILT OUT, WE WILL HAVE ABOUT BILLION WORTH OF SINGLE FAMILY AND ABOUT LIKE 400 MILLION WORTH OF MULTI-FAMILY AND ABOUT 70 TO 80 MILLION WORTH OF, UH, LOGUM.

SO ALL COMBINED TOGETHER WOULD BE ABOUT 1.5 BILLION BUILT OUT VALUE.

AND WE CURRENTLY ARE BUILDING ABOUT 12 OF THESE PROJECTS ALL OVER THE TEXAS 10 OF THE ARE IN DALLAS.

AND, UH, TWO OF THE ARE IN HOUSTON SINCE, UH, IN MARCH OF 2021 THAT WE HAVE STARTED PRE-SELLING THROUGHOUT ALL OF OUR LAGO COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING THE SEAVILLE, WHICH SIGO IS OUR LARGEST FUND.

WE SOLD EXCESS OF BILLION DOLLARS CURRENTLY PRE-SOLD OF OVER BILLION DOLLARS.

AND THE WHOLE CONCEPT OF LAGUNA ZOO IS VERY UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT.

UH, WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A HUGE DEMAND FOR THE PEOPLE THAT THEY WANT TO MOVE OUT OF THE DOWNTOWN AND COME LIVE IN THE SUBURBS, BUT THEY NEED TO HAVE SOME SORT OF THE AMENITY THAT, UH, WOULD SATISFY THEIR NEED.
