WELL, I THINK, UH, EVERYONE KNOWS, KNOWS WE'RE KIND OF SHORT ON PARKING OVER THERE AND I BELIEVE IT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL SCOPE OF WORK THAT, UH, POSSIBLY GOT PULLED OUT TOWARD THE END OR WHEN THEY STARTED CONSTRUCTION, THEY PULLED THAT, UH, PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT OUT.

AND SO WE'RE SEEING THE, THE ISSUES THERE WITH NOT HAVING ENOUGH PARKING.

SO WE TRYING TO ADDRESS THAT.

UH, WE'RE UTILIZING THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT WE HAD WITH GALLAGHER CONSTRUCTION TO KIND OF FAST TRACK THIS AND THEY PUT BIDS OUT FOR ALL THE WORK AND UH, OF COURSE FOLLOWED ALL PROCEDURES.

WE'RE JUST KIND OF UTILIZING THEIR CURRENT CONTRACTS SINCE THEY'RE STILL AT THE, UH, EXPANSION.

AND SO IT'S KIND OF GOOD TIMING TO DO THAT.

WE DIDN'T HAVE TO REINVENT THE WHEEL, SO TO SPEAK, UH, BUT THEY DID PUT OUT BIDS FOR THAT.

AND UH, I THINK THE GENTLEMAN HAVE THAT, UH, LOOKS LIKE ON, ON THE CONCRETE PORTION, UH, THEY RECOMMEND LOW BID, UH, WITH THE USED AND SUN AT 298,000.

AND ON THE SITE UTILITIES, UH, SOUTHERN MECHANICAL AT 205,000, I THINK YOU SEE AN, UH, ATTACHMENT THERE.

YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT HAS ALL THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS LIKE LANDSCAPING AND UH, SITE UTILITIES AND UH, JUST DIFFERENT ITEMS. AND, UH, GREG IS HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

UH, I THINK THIS IS GOING TO ADD LIKE 85 PARKING SPACES TO THAT AREA, BUT I'LL TURN IT OVER TO GREG IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AS FAR AS THE, UH, CONSTRUCTION ITSELF.
