AND DEPENDING ON IF THERE ARE CORRECTIONS NEEDED, IT EITHER IF'S PRESENTED TO YOU IF IT'S APPROVED OR IT GOES BACK FOR ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER CORRECTIONS ARE MADE.

UH, AND THEN THEY SAY THAT IF YOU HAVE A REMODEL JOB, YOU CAN ADD ANYWHERE FROM TWO TO 5% ON TOP OF THAT FOR FEES.
