OUR TOTAL AMOUNT INVESTED IN TECH SPOOL 15,000,845 TOTAL INVESTED IN TEXAS CLASS 81,000,853.

OUR AVERAGE YIELD ON TEXT POOL INVESTMENTS FOR THE MONTH, 5.4434000000000005% AVERAGE YIELD ON TEXAS CLASS INVESTMENTS, 5.4314%.

SO THE, UH, INTEREST RATES ARE HOLDING RIGHT NOW, EVEN THOUGH THE, UH, FED CUT BY A HALF PERCENT HERE THIS MONTH, IT'S, UH, STILL UP THERE AND WE'LL PROBABLY STAY IN THAT AREA FOR A LITTLE WHILE YET.

THE, UH, VALUE OF THE COLLATERAL, UH, THAT AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK IS HOLDING 37,000,614.

SO THEY HAVE US COLLATERALIZED AT 149%.

SO THAT'S VERY GOOD.

AND SO, UM, WE NEEDED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE DEVELOPMENT IN THIS COUNTY'S NOT COSTING OUR CITIZENS.

SO WE HAD TO GO AND DO A REVIEW FOR OUR FEES, MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE RECOVERING THOSE COSTS.

AND THEN, UM, SO I HAD TO AMEND OUR FEES TO MATCH.

UM, YOU WILL ALSO NOTICE IF YOU LOOK IN THE PACKET, THE ONES WITH THE YELLOW.

SO THOSE WERE PROJECTS THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR DEVELOPMENT SCOPE THAT ARE HANDLED OR WERE HANDLED BY OUR COUNTY ENGINEER POSITION.

THOSE ARE H AND H STUDIES FOR PROJECTS WHERE WATERS AND THEY WOULD BE REVIEWED.

WELL, SINCE WE DON'T HAVE ONE CURRENTLY ON STAFF, OUR REGULATIONS DO SAY THAT THE DEVELOPER OR ANYONE DOING ANYTHING NEAR A COUNTY ROAD MUST PAY FOR THAT REVIEW.

SO I'VE PUT THOSE FEES INTO THESE SO THAT WE CAN RECOVER THOSE COSTS.

YES.

AND THAT IS SECTION 7.5 OF OUR REGS.

IT'S ALREADY IN THERE, BUT IT WAS NOT ON OUR FEE SHEET BECAUSE WE WERE DOING THAT IN HOUSE AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.

SO I'M CORRECTING THAT.

AND THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SEEING IN YELLOW AND THAT'S IMPORTANT.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU HAVE, WE HAVE A LOT OF PROJECTS THAT ARE HANDLED BY ANOTHER JURISDICTION, BUT THEY DO AFFECT A COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD.

AND SO WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO REVIEW THOSE AND SEE WHERE THAT WATER'S GOING, SEE HOW THEY'RE TYING INTO THE COUNTY, WHAT IT'S GONNA DO FOR THE COUNTY ROAD.
