DISCUSS, CONSIDER AN APPROVED TAKING ACTION PURSUANT TO THE EXECUTIVE SESSION, WE HAVE DECIDED THAT WITH THE, UH, UH, HY COMPANY, THAT THE $1.57 BILLION PROJECT, THAT WE ARE HOPING THAT WE GET THE LAND HERE IN KAUFMAN COUNTY.WE HAVE, UH, RECOMMENDED THAT WE MODIFY OUR CURRENT ABATEMENT PROGRAM TO A 10 YEAR INSTEAD OF A SEVEN YEAR PROGRAM, WHICH SHOULD NET THE COUNTY 94 POINT 500 MILLION, UH, OVER 20 YEARS.
AND THAT MEANS, UH, THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR OUR TAX BASE AND FOR OUR EMPLOYMENT FOR OUR COUNTY.
