SO WE'VE TAKEN A LITTLE BIT OF A PHILOSOPHY OF TRYING TO MAKE THE ROADWAYS ADHERE TO PARCEL LINES. AND AS YOU KNOW, AS DEVELOPERS COME IN, THAT MIGHT ALTER DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH LAND THEY BUY OR WHAT THEY WANT TO PRODUCE OR WHAT THE TOTAL OUTLAY IS. SO WHEN A DEVELOPMENT COMES IN THAT'S IN BETWEEN CITY OF LIMITS, WE WOULD HAVE SOMEWHAT OF A ROADMAP AND A VISION AS TO WHAT THAT OUTLAY OF ROADS SHOULD BE. SO THAT'S SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE CAN IN-HOUSE FROM THE CITY OF TERRELL SHARE AND, UH, PROVIDE TO THE COUNTY AND SAYING, OKAY, THIS IS WHAT WE'RE DOING IN INTERNALLY FROM THERE AND MAKE IT CONNECTIVITY. SO, SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, UM, DEVELOPMENT SERVICES STAFF AND THE CITY OF TERRELL ASKED IF WE CAN PASS ON THIS ITEM TO MAYBE REVISIT AT A LATER DATE AFTER WE COORDINATE. WELL, COORDINATION EFFORTS HAVE BEEN DONE BETWEEN THE CITY OF TERRELL AND UH, KAUFMAN COUNTY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE A FEASIBLE, THOROUGH FAIR MAP TO PRESENT TO YOU GUYS. UM, THAT'S WHAT MONIQUE AND I TALKED ABOUT THIS PROBABLY ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND THE COST OF DOING EVERYTHING. AND CHRIS AND I TALKED TO, AND I THINK A WORKSHOP WOULD BE GOOD ON THE COMMISSIONER'S COURT HERE TO BRING IN THE CITY REPRESENTATIVES SAYING, HEY, HERE'S WHAT WE NEED IN OUR CITIES AND DO IT ALL AT ONCE.
