I MEAN, YOU'D LOOK AT A BUDGET AND THAT AMOUNT WOULD BE THERE AT 70%. AND THEN ON SOME OF THE THINGS WITH, UH, FUEL AND GAS GOING UP AND THE AMOUNT OF PERSONNEL, WE DID GO UP ON THOSE THINGS. SO THAT'S, UM, THAT'S NOTHING THERE. AND WE ADDED THOSE ITEMS IN OUR WORK ITEMS FOR Y'ALL. SO HE PROBABLY HAS 20% TO 25% OF OUR JUVENILES. SO OUT OF THAT 58,000 AND HE'S GOT A QUARTER OR FIFTH OF THEM, HE DOESN'T, NO, SIR. WHAT DOES HE SAY?
