AND THE REMAINING 50 MILLION WAS FOR, UH, VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES, UH, UH, CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT. WHILE WE'VE DONE WORKING WITH, UH, JUDGE RICHARDS, UH, IS, UH, DISCUSS, UH, TIMING. AND I KNOW THERE'S BEEN DISCUSSION WITH THE COMMISSIONERS AS WELL AS MR POLLSTER AND ALL WITH RESPECT TO THE ROADS AND SO, SO ON AND BASED ON THAT, AND THIS REALLY DOESN'T VARY TOO MUCH FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN, UH, FROM THE OUTSET, UH, BUT, UH, W DID DETERMINE THAT, UH, WHAT REALLY MAKES SENSE IS WITH RESPECT TO THIS, UH, 2020 ISSUANCE, THE UPCOMING ISSUE, UH, TO PLAN ON SELLING A TOTAL OF $60 MILLION OR 60 MILLION OF PROCEEDS FOR THE COUNTY. AND OF THAT, THAT 40 MILLION WOULD BE FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND THE REMAINING 20 WOULD BE FOR FACILITIES. AND THEN WHAT YOU SEE SUMMARIZED IS AT THIS POINT, [00:10:01] KIND OF AN ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE GOING FORWARD. UH, THE, UH, WHAT WAS PLAN WHEN THE LEXAN WAS BEING DISCUSSED AND SO ON. LIKE I SAID, TIED VERY CLOSELY TO THIS, UH, PRESUMED KIND OF EVERY OTHER YEAR ISSUANCE, UH, 2020, 20, 22, FOUR, SIX AND EIGHT ALL THE WAY OUT THROUGH 2028. IN THIS CASE, WE'VE ACTUALLY INTERJECTED A POTENTIAL 20 MILLION NEXT YEAR, UH, FOR OUR FACILITIES. UH, BECAUSE IN DISCUSSION, UH, JUDGE RICHARDS FELT LIKE PROBABLY WOULDN'T BE SPENDING ENOUGH THIS FIRST YEAR TO JUSTIFY OVER SELLING, LET'S SAY, AND, AND, AND PAY AN INTEREST ON, UH, PROCEEDS THAT WEREN'T NEEDED FOR, YOU KNOW, UH, A YEAR OR SO OUT. AND SO THAT YOU'LL SEE THAT 20 MILLION THERE AND AFTER IT TIES VERY CLOSELY, LIKE I SAID, UH, 18 AND A HALF MILLION AND LITERALLY EVERY OTHER YEAR FOR ROAD PURPOSES. AND THEN YOU DO HAVE PLANNED SHOWN IN 2022 THAT FINAL 10 MILLION FOR FACILITIES, UH, AS IT'S POINTED OUT, UH, BELOW THAT. AND AS WE DISCUSSED FROM THE OUTSET, UH, TIMING STRUCTURE, SIZE OF ISSUANCE CAN BE ADJUSTED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROGRAM BASED ON, UH, PROPERTY VALUES, EITHER GROWING FASTER, SLOWER OR WHATEVER, OR JUST, UH, THE PACE OF CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES AND SO ON. UH, MAYBE, UH, JUSTIFYING IT, UH, BEING, UM, ISSUING A LITTLE BIT MORE, A LITTLE BIT LESS OR SLOWER, UH, OR WHATEVER. UH, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, UH, UNDER THE TAX CODE, UH, YOU CAN, UH, ISSUE, UH, OR SPEND MONEY BEFORE EVEN, UH, THE, THE DEBT PROCEEDS ARE IN HAND.
