SO WE ARE ASKING FOR COUNTY PARTICIPATION OF UP TO 50%, UH, NEWLY CREATED TAXES AND INCREMENTAL INCREASE IN LAND BUILDING VALUES. UH, VERY SIMILAR TO THE, THE, UH, THE WORK THAT COUNTY WORKED WITH, UH, TERRA ON, UH, UH, COMMISSIONER CLARK HAS BEEN KIND ENOUGH TO KINDA SHOW ME THE, WHAT THE FINAL DETAILS WERE THAT THAT'S HELPED A LOT FOR US, UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE COUNTY'S WANTING AND WHAT THE COUNTY'S, UH, REQUESTING SO THAT WE WILL TRY TO DEVELOP AND, AND SUBMIT A SIMILAR PACKAGE SO THAT, UM, SO THAT YOU GUYS HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH THE EXERCISE ONCE AND DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN, I'M SURE. UH, RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS INDICATED POTENTIAL INCREASE IN TAXABLE VALUE OF THE 30 YEARS OF 200, NEARLY $240 MILLION IN LAND BUILDING PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ONLY, EXCLUDING ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL, WHICH WILL LIKELY OCCUR. ONE OF THE THINGS YOU'LL NOTICE IF, UH, YOU LOOK AT THE PROPERTY FROM AERIAL MAP IS THERE'S SOME ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, LIKELY IS NOT.
