THESE ARE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE PAID BY THE COUNTY THAT COME FROM COUNTY FUNDS.

AND THEN WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 26, UH, PART-TIME EMPLOYEES THAT ARE PAID BY THE COUNTY.

SO THAT GIVES US A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 500 EMPLOYEES.

AND THAT CHANGES, UH, AS WE GO THROUGH BECAUSE WE HAVE PEOPLE I KNOW, PARTICULARLY RIGHT NOW AT THE JAIL, THEY'RE HOLDING OPEN SEVERAL POSITIONS.

THEY'VE NOT FILLED.

AND DEPENDING UPON OUR POPULATION AT THE JAIL, WE HAVE OVER A HUNDRED, UH, OUT COUNTY PRISONERS NOW THAT WE'RE HOLDING FOR OTHER COUNTIES.

COUNTY, I BELIEVE HUNT COUNTY.

ONE TIME, I, WE HAD SOME FROM, I'M NOT SURE WHERE WE'RE, BUT YOU CAN LOOK AT THE, UH, BOTTOM OF THIS SHEET AND IT GIVES YOU THE EMPLOYEE COUNT FOR COFFMAN COUNTY.

AND AGAIN, THIS, THIS IS THE MOST UPTODATE COUNT WE HAVE.

THE OTHER ITEM, ANOTHER ITEM THAT YOU HAVE IS A COPY OF THE HEALTH MATTERS REPORT.

AND I BELIEVE WE HAVE JUST ENOUGH COPIES FAR THE COURT, THIS IS THE ORGANIZATION THAT CAME AS A PART OF A BENEFIT PACKAGE FOR THE COUNTY AND DID, UH, BLOOD WORK.

WELL, WE HAD 142 OF OUR EMPLOYEES THAT PARTICIPATED MORE, MORE FEMALE THAN MALE.

UH, BUT YOU'LL SEE THAT, UH, WE DID HAVE SOME FOLKS THAT, UH, SHOWED, UH, WHERE THERE WAS MAYBE THEIR BLOOD COUNT WAS, WAS, UH, MAYBE NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE IN SOME AREAS.

UH, THIS IS FROM, UH, JIM, UH, FROM THE STATE CONSERVATION SALVADOR SALINAS, AND, UH, SAID THAT REHABILITATION PLANNING FUNDS WERE REQUESTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2012.

REHABILITATION WILL LIKELY INVOLVE INCREASING PRINCIPLE IN THE SPILLWAY CAPACITY AND RAISING THE TOP OF THE, UH, DAM ELEVATION.

UH, AND IT'S, IT'S ON, YOU KNOW, WITH A FEDERAL BUDGET BEING LIKE IT IS WHO, WHO KNOWS WHAT THIS WAS LINED UP.

HE DOES SAY, WE'LL BE NOTIFIED THAT FUNDING IS RECEIVED FOR THIS UH, DAM.

IF YOU'LL GO ABOUT THREE QUARTERS OF THE WAY DOWN YOUR FRONT PAGE ON THEIR TABLE, YOU'LL SEE THAT THE PORTION FROM 2 43 TO 1 75 WAS FUNDED WITH THE REGIONAL TOLL REVENUE FUNDS THAT WE'VE GOTTEN.

AND THEN RECENTLY, UH, THE CITY AND THE COUNTY AND I FINISHED NEGOTIATIONS TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT TO DO PASS THROUGH FUNDING NORTHERN SECTION FROM UM, 1 75 BACK DOWN TO 34 SOUTH OF 1388.

SO, UM, THE PROJECT IS IN THE WORKS.

IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME COMING, I KNOW, UM, WE JUST LEFT THE ONE IN CAROL THAT WE'LL FINISH THE SECTION IN TERRELL AND WE HAVEN'T STARTED WORKING ON IT YET.

WE'RE STILL TRYING TO GET UTILITIES MOVED.

BUT WITH THOSE TWO SECTIONS, UH, WHEN WE CAN GET 'EM COMPLETE, I THINK YOU'LL SEE TRAFFIC MOVING THROUGH COFFMAN COUNTY A LOT BETTER.

UM, I TALKED ABOUT THE BOTTOM PORTION BEING PASSED THROUGH TOLLS.

WE'RE ALSO NEGOTIATING WITH THE CITY OF TERRELL FOR FOUR SMALL PROJECTS IN THEIR AREA DOING PASS THROUGH FUNDING.

UM, IT'S ON THE SPUR 5, 5 7, DOING SOME RAMPS AT COUNTY ROAD 3 0 5 AND A FRONTAGE ROAD.

IT'S AT 1 48, BETWEEN 20 AND AND SPUR 5 5 7, IT'S AND IN THAT FOUR LANES THEN TAKING 1 48 FROM THE SPUR ON UP TO WHERE IT CHANGES INTO FOUR LANES THERE JUST NORTH AND REPLACING THE BRIDGE OVER THE SPUR AND THEN ALSO A FRONTAGE ROAD, UM, ON 20 BETWEEN ROSE HILL, YOU KNOW, BETWEEN THE SPUR AND 1 48, ADDING A FURNITURE FOR THAT PARCEL.

WE'RE ALSO WORKING WITH FORNEY, THE CITY OF TY AND KAUFMAN COUNTY ON UM, FM 1641 BETWEEN 5 48 AND 20.

NEGOTIATING AN AGREEMENT ON THAT.

UM, AND THEN I'M ALSO WORKING ON ONE IN ROCKWALL COUNTY.

SO OF THE PASS THROUGH PROJECTS THAT WERE SELECTED IN THE NORTH TEXAS AREA, UM, KAUFMAN COUNTY AND ROCKWALL GOT THE BULK OF THOSE SELECTIONS.

SO THAT'S, THAT'S GOOD NEWS.

WE STILL HAVE SOME WORK TO DO THOUGH.

UM, SOME OTHER GOOD NEWS THAT RECENTLY HAPPENED.

WE'VE GOT ABOUT NINE BRIDGES THAT WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THE COUNTY ON TO GET AGREEMENTS EXECUTED.

THEY HAVE BEEN EXECUTED AND IF YOU LIVE IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY, YOU KNOW THAT COUNTY ROAD 40 68 I THINK IT IS BY THE VAULT COURSE HAS BEEN CLOSED RECENTLY.

OUR BRIDGE INSPECTOR THAT CAME OUT LOOKED AT IT AND JUST FELT THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER TO CLOSE IT TO TRAFFIC RIGHT NOW.

BUT BECAUSE OF THAT, ALL THE BRIDGES THAT WE'RE DOING IN CALTON COUNTY HAVE GOTTEN MOVED UP.

AND I MET WITH THE CONSULTANTS THE OTHER DAY THAT ARE GONNA DO THE PLANS AS SOON AS THEY CAN GET THE PLANS READY.

THEY'RE GONNA TRY TO START CONSTRUCTION ON THOSE ALL AT ONE TIME.

THEY'RE GONNA LET 'EM ALL AT ONE TIME.

SO FOR SOME OF THE BRIDGES IT CAN MEAN MOVING UP, UM, AS MUCH AS TWO YEARS.

SO THAT'S GOOD NEWS.

UM, LET'S SEE.

SO WE'VE GOT PASS THROUGH TOLLS, WE'VE GOT THE BRIDGE AGREEMENTS.

THERE'S SOME STUFF IN HERE THAT EVEN NEED TO BE ADDED TO THIS AND IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT IT, A LOT OF IT, WHEN YOU SEE THE WHOLE LENGTH OF 80 AND YOU LOOK UP TO THE SIDE, SOME OF IT'S JUST GUIDE SIGN REFURBISHING, BUT IT'S STILL WORK AND MONEY THAT WE'RE POURING INTO THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM HERE IN COFFMAN.

THERE'S ALSO A LIST OF THE PROJECTS THAT WE'RE GONNA BE WORKING ON.

SOME OF THESE, IF YOU'LL LOOK DOWN THE LIST, ARE OUT ON 20 20, 20 60.

THOSE ARE NOT REALISTIC DATES.

THOSE ARE PLACEHOLDERS AND WHAT THAT'S TELLING YOU IS WE'RE PROBABLY IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND THE SCHEMATIC STAGE OF THOSE.

SO WE ARE WORKING ON 'EM BUT WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN FAR ENOUGH TO FIND OUT, UM, IF IT IS A VIABLE PROJECT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING OUT THERE THAT MIGHT PRECLUDE IT FROM HAPPENING AND ACTUALLY SAID A REALISTIC LETTING DATE FORWARD.

SO RAY, WAS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU WANT ME TO GO OVER OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON WHAT'S GOING ON RIGHT NOW, IT PROBABLY WOULD BE EASIER JUST TO FILL THE QUESTIONS THAN TO GO OVER.

I, I'D LIKE TO BRAG A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE, ON YOUR PART ON THE UH, GRID CONSTRUCTION.

UH, YOU, HOW MANY DOLLARS WORTH OF BRIDGES ARE THIS TEXT GOING TO APPROXIMATELY GOING REPLACE? UM, ABOUT 4 MILLION.

I THINK THERE'S NINE OF THEM.

UH, IT'S IN SEVEN CONTRACTS AND IF YOU ROUGHLY SAY ABOUT 500,000 PIECE ABOUT 4 MILLION ON, WE'RE GETTING 4 MILLION BRIDGES BUILT IN EXCHANGE FOR US REPLACING A BRIDGE NEED TO BE REPLACED ANYWAY IN .

UH, SO THAT, THAT TURNED INTO A GREAT DEAL FOR THE COUNTY BECAUSE THOSE BRIDGES WERE ALL COUNTY ROADS THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED WHERE UNSAFE BUT WOULD'VE TO BE REPLACED SOONER OR LATER.

AND THAT'S SOMETHING WE'LL HAVE TO TAKE AWAY OUR ROAD BRIDGE BOAT.

THAT'S CORRECT.

UM, AND THEN I GUESS ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS THAT I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU JUST SO THERE WOULD BE SOME UNDERSTANDING IN THE COMMUNITY, I KNOW A LOT OF YOU ARE DRIVING OVER, UM, WHAT LOOK LIKE GRAVEL OR ROCK ROADS RIGHT NOW? IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

UM, ONE OF THE REASONS THAT WE, WELL THERE'S SEVERAL REASONS WE DO THIS.

NUMBER ONE, THOSE OLD ROADS ARE WORN OUT.

WE ALL KNOW THAT

WE'VE GONE THROUGH AND TRIED TO SPOT FIX THEM NOW FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS.

IF WE WERE TO TAKE THOSE ROADS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE RAW NATURAL DIRT AND BUILD THEM BACK UP, THE ONLY WAY WE COULD SAFELY DO THAT WAS TO CLOSE THE ROAD.

AND, YOU KNOW, OUT THERE WITH AS MANY TWO LANE FARM ROADS AND STATE HIGHWAYS AS WE HAVE WITH THE DISTANCE BETWEEN 'EM DETOURS ON THAT WOULD BE UM, VERY INCONVENIENT.

AND THE REASON THAT WE'D HAVE TO CLOSE THEM WAS IF YOU DO THAT, YOU TAKE DOWN ONE LANE, YOU'RE LOOKING AT PROBABLY A TWO FOOT DROP OFF BETWEEN ONE LANE AND THE OTHER, THERE'S NOT ENOUGH ROOM ON THAT ROAD FOR US TO PUT UP BARRIER WHERE YOU COULD SAFELY TRAVERSE THAT TWO LINE, THAT TWO FOOT DROP OFF.

UM, SO AT MOST WE COULD HAVE SIGNALS THERE WHERE MAYBE WE DO ONE LANE OF TRAFFIC OR WE COULD SHUT IT ALL THE WAY DOWN.

WHAT WE'RE DOING NOW IS WE ARE RECYCLING WHAT'S ALREADY THERE.

UH, THE ASPHALT AND THE BASE MATERIAL WE'RE ADDING CEMENT, UM, ON SOME OF 'EM, ON SOME OF 'EM THE CEMENT AND THE OIL ADDITIVE THAT WILL REJUVENATE WHAT WAS THERE SPREADING IT OUT.

AND IT'S MAKING A HOMOGENEOUS MIXTURE.

SO NOW YOU WON'T HAVE A ROAD WHERE YOU HAVE A SECTION THAT WE JUST FIXED.

IT'S NICE AND STRONG, BUT MAYBE 110 FEET FURTHER YOU'VE GOT A SECTION OF ROADWAY THAT HASN'T BEEN FIXED AND NOW YOU SEE THAT IT'S FAILING.

SO IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING TO US AS TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS.

I KNOW IT'S FRUSTRATING TO YOU AS, AS CITIZENS TO SEE A ROAD THAT MAYBE WE DID TWO OR THREE YEARS AGO AND NOW IT'S FALLING APART AGAIN.

'CAUSE SOME OF THE AREAS WE DIDN'T FIX THEN ARE .

WHAT THIS DOES AND ALLOWS US TO DO A HOMOGENEOUS MIXTURE, WE'RE SPREADING IT OUT TO 28 FEET, WHICH IS OUR STANDARDS FOR TODAY.

THEN WE'RE COMING BACK.

IN SOME CASES IF WE HAVE ENOUGH ROOM WITHOUT AFFECTING THE FLOOD PLAIN OR THE SIDE SLOPES, WE'RE ADDING ADDITIONAL FLEX SPACE MATERIAL ON TOP, THEN WE'LL COME BACK AND WE'LL SEAL COAT IT AND THEN OVERLAY IT WITH ASPHALT.

WHAT THAT DOES IS IT GIVES YOU A UNIFORM ROADWAY TO DRIVE ON SO YOU WON'T HAVE THE SPOT FAILURES THAT WE'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING IN FACT IN THE PAST.

AND IT ALLOWS YOU TO DRIVE ON IT EVERY NIGHT.

THEY'RE WORKING IT ON DURING THE DAY AND YES, YOU CAN DRIVE IT ON ON IT EVERY NIGHT.

NOW IT IS, YOU KNOW, NOT A NICE ASPHALT ROADWAY WHEN YOU DRIVE ON IT AT NIGHT, BUT AT LEAST YOU'RE NOT DOING A 10 OR 12 MILE DETOUR, UM, TO GET BACK TO YOUR HOME.

SO IF YOU'LL BE PATIENT WITH US, WE ACTUALLY CAN DO IT IN THAT METHOD FASTER THAN WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO IN THE PAST WHERE WE WENT THROUGH AND WE FIXED DIFFERENT SECTIONS, THEY CAME BACK AND LEVELED IT UP AND THEN OVERLAYED IT.

UM, IT'S NOT AS NICE TO DRIVE ON BUT IT CAN BE DONE FASTER AND YOU GET A BETTER ROADWAY WHEN YOU'RE COMPLETE.

SO ANYTHING ELSE? THE UH, THE NEW CONSTRUCTION ON THE UH, KAUFMAN HIGHWAY 34 BYPASS? YES SIR.

I KNOW WE'RE INVOLVED NOW IN GETTING THE UH, THE RIGHT OF HMM THINK COMES ALONG PRETTY WELL.

I KNOW RAY IN GETTING THAT, WHEN WOULD CONSTRUCTION START ON? I THINK WE GOT FUNDING IN PLACE FOR THE FIRST PART OF IT, I BELIEVE.

UM, WE GOT FUNDING IN PLACE FOR THE FIRST PART OF IT, THE SECTION FROM 2 43 TO 1 75.

WE'VE ACTUALLY ASSIGNED TO A DESIGNER NOW.

IT WILL BE UNDER ONE CONTRACT WITH ONE CONTRACTOR.

SO PROBABLY WHAT YOU'LL SEE IS WE'LL START WITH 40 68 SINCE IT'S CLOSED, UM, GET IT STARTED, BRING THEIR DIRT CREW IN THE CREW TO GROW THE DRILL SHAFTS, DO THE COLUMNS.

AND THAT'S NOT JUST IN KAUFMAN BECAUSE WHEN I WAS AT THE DISTRICT, I DID FUNDING FOR ALL SEVEN COUNTIES, UH, IN THE DALLAS DISTRICT.

AND IF WE HAD THE, THE PLANS DONE, I CAN'T RECALL A SINGLE ONE THAT IT WAS MORE THAN A YEAR BEFORE.

THERE WAS NOT SOME FUNDING OPPORTUNITY THAT PICKED IT UP.

SO IF YOU GET THE ENGINEERING DONE, IF YOU GET THE RIGHT OF WAY SECURED, THEN WHEN THEY HAVE A UM, FUNDING SURPLUS IN ONE AREA OR ANOTHER, A LOT OF TIMES THEY'LL COME OUT AND SAY, OKAY, WHO'S GOT EVERYTHING READY? WHICH ONE CAN GO TO LET LETTING IN LIKE THREE MONTHS OR FOUR MONTHS OR THIS FISCAL YEAR? IF YOU'RE READY TO HAND SOME PROJECTS TO 'EM, NINE TIMES OUT 10, IF THEY FIT IN THE CATEGORY OF FUNDING THEY HAVE AND THEY'LL GET PAID WHAT YOU'RE SAYING, IF THEY ALLOCATE YOU A HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS, THIS AREA, A HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF FUNDING AND YOU CAN ONLY FIND 90 MILLION WORTH OF PROJECTS READY TO GO, THEN A $10 MILLION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

SO EVEN THOUGH THERE'S MORE CARS OUT ON THE ROAD, WE'RE GETTING LESS FUNDING THROUGH THE STATE SYSTEM THROUGH THE GAS TAXES.

WE ALSO GET FUNDING FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

PART OF THAT GAS TAX IS FEDERALLY, UM, SENT TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

THEY NORMALLY HOLD A LITTLE BIT BACK IN RESERVE IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS LIKE THE EMERGENCY WHEN THE, UH, BRIDGE FELL IN MINNEAPOLIS.

THAT WAY YOU CAN GRAB A HOLD OF IT, THEY CAN REACT VERY QUICKLY.

BUT WHAT WE DO IS WE NORMALLY KNOW ABOUT THREE YEARS AHEAD OF TIME WITHIN PROBABLY PLUS OR MINUS 10% HOW MUCH WE'LL HAVE TO SPEND IN THAT THREE YEAR TIME PERIOD.

SO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE PROJECTS READY, WE HAVE TO PROJECT THAT OVER 10 YEARS.

THOSE ARE LIMITED AND CAPPED AT UM, 130% OF WHAT WE ANTICIPATE WE'RE GONNA GET.

THEY GIVE US THE EXTRA 30% IN CASE WE GET MORE OR IN CASE SOME PROJECTS FALL OUT, UM, UH, YOU KIND OF HAVE TO WORK ON 'EM FOR A WHILE, YOU KNOW, NOVEL OR NOT.

SO IT GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO WORK ON IT.

UM, RECENTLY WHEN WE DID THE LAST MOBILITY UPDATE, WE HAD TO TAKE SOMETHING LIKE, UH, WAS IT $45 BILLION OUT OF OUR THAT BECAUSE WE JUST COULD NOT, UM, SHOW A BASIS FOR PROJECTIONS THAT TIME IN THE FUTURE ANYMORE BASED ON OUR CURRENT SCHEME.

AND THEN MOVING THAT TRUCK AS NEED BE OR LEAVING THE TRUCK IN COFFMAN.

SO WE'RE, WE WILL CONTINUALLY REVIEW THE PROCESS AND REVIEW WHERE THE CALL VOLUME IS AND REVIEW WHAT OUR RESPONSES ARE AND WHERE WE NEED TO GET THE QUICKEST AND HOW WE NEED TO GET THERE.

A LOT OF THAT IS ALSO BASED ON ONGOING ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND JUST THINGS THAT THAT OCCUR IN THE COUNTY FROM TIME TO TIME.

AND, AND WITH THAT AND, AND WITH THIS INCREASE, LIKE STEVE SAID, ESSENTIALLY WHAT WE'RE DOING IS, UM, THE LOCAL COUNTIES THAT SURROUND US, UH, CURRENTLY THEIR BASE RATES ARE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN WHAT THE BASE RATE IS IN COFFMAN COUNTY.

UH, ESSENTIALLY WE HAVE NOT HAD A CHANGE IN BASE RATE OR AS FOR CHANGE OF BASE RATES SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THE CONTRACT.

THE MASTER CONTRACT THERE HAS BEEN A SMALL CPI INCREASE EACH YEAR AND SOME YEARS, YOU KNOW, THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX HAS RISEN A LITTLE, SOME YEARS IT'S GONE DOWN SOME YEARS IT'S BEEN UNCHANGED.

AND WITH THAT, WHAT WE'RE ASKING IS FOR A CHANGE TO THE BASE RATE AS IT'S SET IN ORDER TO HELP WITH THE FUNDING OF THE ADDITIONAL UNIT HOURS AND PROVIDING BETTER SERVICE TO THE COUNTY.

GIVE US AN UPDATE ON HOW MANY AMBULANCES WE HAVE IN THE COUNTY AND WHERE THEY'RE CURRENTLY STATION.

CURRENTLY WE HAVE ONE AMBULANCE IN FOUR TWO AMBULANCES IN THE CITY OF TERRELL, 1 24 HOUR AMBULANCE IN KAUFMAN WITH ALSO A DAY TRUCK, WHICH IS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, NINE TO SIX, AND THEN ONE AMBULANCE STATION AT MAYBANK NUMBER TWO FIRE STATION, WHICH IS BASICALLY CENTER POINT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BANK.

UH, WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO DO IS ADD THOSE ADDITIONAL HOURS, BRING ON ANOTHER 24 HOUR AMBULANCE AND INCREASE THE COVERAGE SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FOR 20, 24 HOURS A DAY.

UH, BUT THAT'S, THAT'S PRETTY MUCH IT IN A NUTSHELL.

I BELIEVE YOU MET WITH ALL THE FIRST RESPONDER GROUPS, UH, AND DISCUSSED THIS WITH THEM? YES SIR, WE DID.

WE MET WITH, UH, WHAT WE DID INITIALLY IS WE MET WITH THAT THE CONTRACT IN THE COUNTY SET UP.

WE HAVE A CONTRACT COUNTY, WE ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF LIN AND A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF CARROLL.

SO WE HAD TO MEET WITH EACH, EACH DIFFERENT ENTITY AND, AND THEN GO THROUGH THAT.

AS LIKEWISE, WE MET WITH THE FIRE CHIEF'S ASSOCIATION AND I BELIEVE FROM THAT MEETING WE RECEIVED, UH, A GREAT DEAL OF SUPPORT FROM THE FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION AND

I I BELIEVE THE, UH, THE CONTRACT'S INCEPTION WAS IN 1992 AND THEN IT WAS RATIFIED IN 1995, BUT I BELIEVE IT WAS 1992.

SO THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE TO THE BASE RATE OTHER THAN WHAT I'D SAID IN THE CPI SINCE THAT POINT.

AND I BELIEVE MOST OF THIS WILL NORMALLY BE COVERED BY THE INSURANCE CARRIER, IS THAT CORRECT? YES, SIR.

YES SIR.

WELL, IT, WHAT IT IS IS YOU, YOU ESSENTIALLY HAVE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PAYERS WITHIN THE COUNTY.

YOU HAVE THE MEDICARE MEDICAID, WHICH IS A LARGE PERCENTAGE.

USUALLY IT'S FROM AN NON-COVERED OCTOBER, WE'RE GONNA OPEN THAT PROCESS UP EARLY AND MARKET IT TO THOSE, THOSE SORT OF PATIENTS.

SO THEIRS IS A LITTLE BIT MORE BASED OFF OF THE PATIENT LOAD, BASED OFF THE SEVERAL THINGS THAT WERE DONE WITH THE CONTRACTS WITH THEM WHEN WE ENTERED IN THE CONTRACTS.
