AND WE'RE STILL QUITE FRANKLY WORKING ON THAT.

UH, WE FELT THERE WAS A NEED TO REARRANGE THE RAMPS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THAT BRIDGE.
UH, THOSE WERE THE WESTBOUND FOR 5 57 RAMPS.
SO WE'RE REARRANGING THOSE AS PART OF THE F 48.
AND THEN ALSO, UH, AS JOHN MENTIONED, THE THE PAYMENT ISSUES HAS BEEN A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED THAN THAN WERE SCOPE ORIGINALLY.
ALL OF THOSE, UH, ISSUES ARE, ARE PUTTING AT A VERY SUBSTANTIAL COST.
THE PROJECT IN ORDER TO BUILD THAT, WE DIDN'T WANT COME FORWARD COUNTY AND SAY, HEY, CAN GIVE THE CITY MORE MONEY.
UH, WE FELT LIKE, UH, WE COULD HANDLE THAT RESPONSIBILITY ON OUR OWN.
THE ONLY HELPING HANDLING THAT RESPONSIBILITY TO FINISH THE F 48 NORTH PROJECT IS FOR US TO, UH, RECEIVE THE PASS THROUGH FUNDS, UH, GENERATED BY THE PROJECT, GET BACK ON THAT ONTO THE, UH, AND FELT LIKE THAT WAS A REASONABLE REQUEST.
UH, AND SO THAT'S BASICALLY WHAT WE'RE DOING.
WE'RE TRYING MORE PROPOSED AMENDMENT.
