BUT THIS PARTICULAR PACKET THAT HAS ALL CIVIL RIGHTS IS SOMETHING THE COUNTY HAS TO, UM, PASS SAYING THEY WILL COMPLY WITH ALL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS AND ALSO YOU HAVE TO SET UP A BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE ALL THE MONEY THAT HAS TO GO THROUGH THE COUNTY AND BE DISPERSED FROM THE COUNTY.

BUT, UH, ABLES SPRINGS WILL GO INTO CONTRACT WITH THE, UM, YOU KNOW, GO OUT AND BID IT FOR THE WORK AND GO DO THE CONTRACT IF WE TURN THEM WITH Y'ALL'S APPROVAL.

IF YOU LOOK AT COMMUNICATIONS, YOU CAN SEE WE'RE RUNNING ABOUT 283 CALLS FOR SERVICE EVERY 24 HOURS.

WARRANT DIVISION, WHICH IS, UH, PRETTY SELF EXPLANATORY, 509.
